ROLE OVERVIEW

A highly regarded private equity firm is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior Investment Partner.

A highly regarded private equity firm is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior Investment Partner.

This is a high-trust role within a fast-paced and discreet investment environment. The successful candidate will manage a complex schedule, coordinate international travel and act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position would suit a polished, commercially aware Executive Assistant who is confident supporting at senior level and capable of anticipating priorities before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a complex and frequently changing diary

  • Coordinating meetings across multiple time zones

  • Arranging detailed international travel and itineraries

  • Preparing meeting materials and briefing documents

  • Managing correspondence and responding on behalf of the Investment Partner where appropriate

  • Liaising with investors, advisers, portfolio companies and senior stakeholders

  • Liaising with investors, advisers, portfolio companies and senior stakeholders

  • Coordinating expenses, invoices and administrative processes

  • Supporting occasional team projects and events

  • Handling confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion

  • Anticipating priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience within private equity, hedge funds, financial services, professional services or another demanding corporate environment

  • Exceptional diary and travel management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgement

  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders

  • Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently

  • High levels of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach
