ROLE OVERVIEW
A well-established single family office is seeking a Team Executive Assistant to join its collaborative and close-knit team based in Green Park.
Supporting a number of senior team members, you will play an integral role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office, coordinating diaries, arranging travel, preparing meetings and providing first-class administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised Executive Assistant or Team Assistant looking to build a long-term career within a stable, professional and highly respected family office.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate diaries for multiple senior team members
Arrange UK and international travel itineraries
Organise meetings and prepare meeting rooms
Manage office calendars and schedules
Coordinate couriers and deliveries
Process expenses and invoices
Prepare documents, reports and presentation materials
Support internal events and team functions
Liaise with suppliers, advisers and household contacts where appropriate
Provide day-to-day administrative support across the wider office
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Positive, proactive and collaborative approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy office
Calm under pressure with excellent judgement
Experience within a family office, private office, financial services or professional services environment would be advantageous

£40,000–£50,000 + Benefits.
